Please review our full ONGOLE BEEF RETURN & REFUND POLICY. The policy applies to wholesale, retail/in-store, and e-commerce orders.

Quick Highlights
  • For food safety reasons, premium beef products cannot be returned once delivered or collected, except in cases of verified damage, spoilage, or quality concerns.
  • E-commerce claims for missing, incorrect, damaged, or spoiled items must be reported within twelve (12) hours with supporting photographs.
  • Wholesale/B2B delivery issues must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours. Retail/in-store quality concerns must be raised within twenty (24) hours with receipt and product for inspection.
  • Validated claims may be resolved by replacement delivery, credit, or refund to the original payment method, in consultation with the client.
