Made with an 80/20 beef blend for the perfect balance of richness and moisture, these patties stay juicy on the inside while crisping up beautifully on the outside. They’re easy to prep, fast to cook, and open to all your favorite toppings-from melty cheddar to crunchy pickles and everything in between. Grill them up, stack ’em high, and enjoy a no-fuss, full-flavor burger that hits every time.

🧂 Ingredients (for 4 patties):
    •    500g ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat)
    •    1 tsp kosher salt
    •    ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
    •    ½ tsp onion powder
    •    ½ tsp garlic powder
    •    Optional: 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce for extra umami

Toppings & Assembly (Optional):
    •    Sliced cheddar cheese
    •    Toasted buns
    •    Lettuce, tomato, red onion
    •    Pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo

---

🔥 Instructions:
    1.    Prepare the Patties:
    •    Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions.
    •    Gently shape each into a round patty about ¾-inch thick. Don’t overwork the meat!
    •    Press a small indent in the center of each patty with your thumb to prevent puffing.
    2.    Season:
    •    Sprinkle both sides of each patty evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
    •    (Optional) Drizzle with Worcestershire sauce for a deeper flavor.
    3.    Preheat the Grill:
    •    Heat your charcoal or gas grill to medium-high heat.
    •    Oil the grates lightly to prevent sticking.
    4.    Grill the Patties:
    •    Place the patties directly over the flame.
    •    Grill for 3–4 minutes per side, or until grill marks form and juices run clear.
    •    For cheeseburgers, add cheese during the last minute of grilling and close the lid.
    5.    Rest the Patties:
    •    Remove from the grill and let rest for 3–5 minutes to lock in juices.
    6.    Assemble & Serve:
    •    Stack patties onto toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
    •    Serve immediately with fries, coleslaw, or grilled corn.
