E-commerce order changes or cancellations are allowed up to twenty-four (24) hours before scheduled delivery or pickup.
For food safety reasons, products cannot be returned once delivered or collected except in verified damage, spoilage, or quality concern cases.
Report missing, incorrect, damaged, or spoiled e-commerce items within twelve (12) hours and include supporting photos.
Validated claims may be resolved by replacement delivery, credit, or refund to the original payment method.
