For food safety reasons, premium beef products cannot be returned once delivered or collected, except in cases of verified damage, spoilage, or quality concerns.
E-commerce claims for missing, incorrect, damaged, or spoiled items must be reported within twelve (12) hours with supporting photographs.
Wholesale/B2B delivery issues must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours. Retail/in-store quality concerns must be raised within twenty (24) hours with receipt and product for inspection.
Validated claims may be resolved by replacement delivery, credit, or refund to the original payment method, in consultation with the client.
